Credit card guaranteed is required upon reservation made. Free cancellation and amendment up to 1 day prior to arrival, otherwise full period of room rental will be charged
If guest is confirmed COVID-19 positive before check-in, or impacted by flight schedule change/cancellation or lockdown and able to present relevant supporting documentation in advance, no penalty will be applied
Guest is classified as preliminary or COVID-19 confirmed case during stay, an extra disinfection fee of HK$900 will be charged. During the time of diagnosis or waiting to Community Isolation Facility, guest have responsible for the room rental (Package rate). Any early departure, once/after COVID-19 confirmed, whole period of room rental / full payment will be applied
Hotel will not accommodate guest who is classified as preliminary or COVID-19 confirmed case or in RED code status of Vaccine Pass
