Credit card guaranteed is required upon reservation made. Free cancellation and amendment up to 1 day prior to arrival, otherwise full period of room rental will be charged
If guest is confirmed COVID-19 positive before check-in, or impacted by flight schedule change/cancellation or lockdown and able to present relevant supporting documentation in advance, no penalty will be applied
If guest is classified as preliminary or COVID-19 confirmed case, during the time of diagnosis or waiting to Community Isolation Facility, guest have responsible for the room rental (Package rate). Any early departure, once/after COVID-19 confirmed, whole period of room rental / full payment will be applied.
Hotel will not accommodate guest who is classified as preliminary or COVID-19 confirmed case or in RED code status of Vaccine Pass.
To reduce the risk of infection, no housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry service will be provided to room during the medical surveillance period.
