Silka Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong is a Designated Quarantine Hotel (DQH) appointed by the Department of Health. We welcome inbound travellers, Hong Kong citizens and foreign domestic helpers who are subject to the compulsory quarantine stay at our hotel. We have 7-night and 14-night compulsory quarantine package; guests could choose the required length of stay in accordance with the latest quarantine policy issued by the Hong Kong SAR government. We provide a variety of room types to meet the needs of our guests, from single rooms to triple or quadruple family rooms, with more flexible arrangements to meet the government's health and quarantine arrangements.

Attention: Designated Quarantine Hotel (DQH) is not applicable for persons who have stayed in Mainland China or Macao only. Please choose other hotels for quarantine.

A minimum of 7 consecutive nights stay is required.
Booking is on pre-paid basis upon reservation.
No amendment or cancellation of booking is allowed once reservation is confirmed.
No refund for booking cancellation, amendment, no-show, early departure or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances.
Offer is non transferable, do not accept to change name of guests.
Hotel will accept change of stay period once only if it is due to flight cancel or delay. Present of valid document issued by airlines is required upon request.
No Extension or Shorten stay is allowed.
In order to minimize the possible risk of infection or community transmission, guests need to carry all your luggage and belongings yourself upon arrival at hotel.
No SMOKING and COOKING are allowed. A recovery fee will be charged for smoking or cooking in your guest room.
No room cleaning service will be provided during the stay.
Check out time: before 10:00 a.m.

Meal Arrangement

Daily meal of breakfast, lunch and dinner will be delivered at 8am, 1pm and 7pm respectively; all meal boxes will be placed at your room door. Alternative pre-paid meal arrangement at guest’s own expense.
Family and friends may deliver food to you, also food delivery platform, please mention guest name and room number exactly. Hotel staff will assist to pick up your items outside of the hotel and drop off the items outside your room. Service is available at 8am-10am, 12nn-2pm and 6pm-8pm.
Special meal arrangement for vegetarian or food allergy, please inform hotel before arrival for better arrangement.

Payment

Full payment is required. All payment are non-refundable & non- transferable.
Accommodation fee will be charged by credit card with pre-authorization, the room(s) will be guaranteed once hotel received billing authorization and copies of credit card (front & back sides with signature). Please be patient to wait email from Reservations Department.

Refund Policy

We offer full refund if your flight got cancelled/ amended, or you are denied entry by immigration due to the travel ban restriction imposed by the local authorities (other reasons including but not limited to failed application of working visa or permit are excluded), or associated with a confirmed case of COVID-19 before check-in.

Shorten Stay

In the case that government changes the number of nights required for quarantine stay, and if that falls less than the number of nights you have booked with us, hotel will offer full refund for the extra nights you have booked.
