Terms and Conditions

• Above rate is inclusive of 10% service charge for the Standard Room category only and confirmation is subject to room availability.
• This special rate plan is applicable to all persons arriving at Hong Kong who have stayed in regions or countries outside Mainland China and Macau. 
• No amendment and cancellation can be made once booking is confirmed. A full non-refundable and non-transferable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.
• Full payments will be applied if guest no show unless guest is confirmed COVID-19 positive / subsequently identified to be a closed contact of a confirmed positive case before check-in, or impacted by flight reschedule change/cancellation made by the airline or lockdown and able to present relevant supporting documentation in advance, no penalty will be applied.
• After check in, any shortern stay, he/she will be charged whole quarantine period and no refund is allowed for the rest of quarantine period.

• If payment were to be settled by credit card, please fill out and return the Billing Authorization Form and return to us at info.seaview@silkahotels.com with 24 hours along with a copy of the credit card with both front and back (American Express and debit card are not accepted) including the signature for the room payment handling.
• In case the government changes the quarantine arrangement (i.e. shorten the compulsory quarantine period), guest may cancel the original booking via hotel booking engine and rebook. No penalty will be applied for the cancelled booking and the prepaid room rental will be refunded and the process shall take approximately 6-8 weeks.
• Please provide the arrival flight details in “Special Request” field at the time of booking for hotel room assignment, or please email the arrival flight details to info.seaview@silkahotels.com at least 7-days prior to arrival, otherwise, hotel reserves the right to release the room reservation.
• For requesting an additional confirmation letter issued by hotel, please advise in the “Special Request” field at the time of booking.
• UNDER 11 YEARS OLD - For minor aged under 11-year-old must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for quarantine, and prior approval must be obtained from the Department of Health. Parent or legal guardian is required to present such approval upon check-in and complete the whole quarantine period with the accompanied minor in the same room.
• AGED 12 – 15 YEARS OLD - For minor aged 12 -15 years old can be accompanied or unaccompanied by an adult / legal guardian for quarantine. Prior approval must be obtained from the Department of Health if they require an accompanying adult, and complete the whole quarantine period with the accompanied minor in the same room.  For unaccompanied minor, the adult should sign the consent form and is required to complete the registration and checkout procedure with the minor. 
• AGED 16 – 17 YEARS OLD - For minor aged 16-17 years old can be accompanied or unaccompanied by parent or legal guardian for quarantine.
• Hotel selected meals are provided from outside service provider.  Hotel shall not be liable and cannot guaranteed that allergens may have been introduced during stage of the food chain process or, even inadvertently, during food preparation.  Food and grocery delivery to room is allowed by your family members and friends, or guest can order via online food App between 8am to 1pm and 6pm to 9pm daily and will be delivered by hotel staff, no out delivery from room is allowed.
• To reduce the risk of infection, no housekeeping, cleaning and laundry service will be provided to room during the quarantine period.
• All prices are subject to room availability and above offer is subject to change without prior notice.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/or discounts.
• The Hotel reserves the rights to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
